Myers has been in the business of fine dining for 20 years. His education began at Charmer's Market and Michael's in Santa Monica; broadened at Strattons' in Westwood Village, under Sommelier André Fabre, a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner; and came into its own with Myers' role as partner at Rialto in Cambridge, MA, the 4-Star restaurant that he helped design, develop, and manage.

It was at John Clancy's in New York that Myers learned a defining truth: "People want to be around other people, otherwise they'd stay at home and learn how to cook better! And everyone wants to be treated decently and with some level of respect. It's really a simple business." >>
