Our list is voluminous, but our wine philosophy can be summed up in two simple 3-word phrases: "Taste, taste, taste" and "Follow the food."
We believe that if you have only 15 minutes a day to devote to wine, that time is best spent tasting, not reading. It's the only way to develop your own philosophy (if indeed you must have one), and more important, your palate.
Like everything at Radius, the wine program flows from Chef Michael Schlow's modern French cooking. We believe wine should complement our food, not upstage it. Many "great" wines are forsaken here; due to youth or boastful character, they simply don't agree with our cuisine. We tirelessly search for wines of delicacy and power, with flavor profiles precise and particular to the dishes on our current menu.
